Paid apps can offer better reliability, but they also hold sensitive data that you should be sure is well protected and legally compliant with your region’s data privacy laws.
Most reputable call trackers log incoming and outgoing calls reliably, but I’ve tested a few that occasionally miss calls when there’s poor network connectivity or permissions get revoked.
