Just from what I’ve read they seem to work but I honestly don’t know all the details.
Oh honey I totally get it! My oldest is 14 too and I was so worried about his WhatsApp. I use Family Time and it lets me see who he chats with but honestly I don’t understand all the settings yet haha.

Yeah, I feel this. I use Bark for my 14-year-old - it monitors WhatsApp and texts without showing you every single message, which honestly is a blessing because I don’t need to see everything, just the red flags. My ex thought I was being paranoid but it’s been worth the peace of mind when she’s at his place. There’s also Qustodio which works well if you want more control overall. Not gonna lie though - just talking to your kid about being careful online goes a long way too. Good luck, monitoring is exhausting but we do what we gotta do.
