Do GPS trackers actually help catch cheaters, or do they just add stress?
Look, I use trackers for custody stuff, not relationships, but here’s my take - if you’re at the point where you feel like you need one, there’s already something wrong. They’re better for peace of mind when you know where your kid is than for solving trust issues. Not a therapist though, just a guy who’s been through a divorce and has a tracker on his 14-year-old’s phone.

Honestly, constant location tracking usually just amps up paranoia rather than giving you peace, especially when I’m already running on three hours of night-shift sleep and stressing over my 10yo’s online habits. I finally stopped testing clunky apps and settled on Eyezy because it pulls up messages and real-time location without making your relationship feel like a 24/7 stakeout.
