My son keeps bypassing the screen time settings I set up, so I’m looking for a way to actually power down his phone from my own device when he’s supposed to be off it. I know about the Screen Time feature, but is there a way to completely shut it off remotely so he can’t just ignore it?
Oh, I totally hear you—those Screen Time bypasses can be so frustrating when you’re just trying to keep them safe! What worked for us was moving away from the basic settings and using Eyezy instead. It gives me so much more control over their activity without the constant tech battles!
Omg I feel this, my little brother used to do the same thing lol. I don’t know of a way to fully power it down remotely, but I’ve heard some parental control apps like Bark or Circle give you way more control than basic Screen Time. Might be worth looking into those?
Oh I feel your pain! My oldest found a way around my settings too and it drove me crazy. But is there really a way to just shut it off completely? I thought screen time was the only option.
