My sister borrowed my iPhone last week and I’m trying to figure out everywhere she took it without making it awkward by asking directly. I checked Find My but it only shows the current spot, not a timeline. Is there any way to pull up a full location history?

If you had Google Maps with location history turned on, you can pull up your timeline at timeline.google.com and see everywhere that phone’s been. But if that’s not enabled… you’re probably out of luck without installing something事先 (before the fact).
Honestly, if it was your phone, your sister probably knows you could have tracking on it. Not the worst conversation to have.
