I’ve always found that real-time location tracking without the owner’s OK is both sketchy and usually illegal. What worked for me was asking the person to share their location via Google Maps, Apple’s Find My, or WhatsApp’s live-location feature. If it’s for a legit need (like safety), get explicit consent or go through proper legal channels—courts or your local law enforcement. Any “secret” service promising exact GPS without permission is almost certainly bogus (or worse).
